We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your bookings, and to personalise your stay with us.
The Capella Coach Inn uses special web code to allow you to make a booking. This special web code is sent to you automatically from The Capella Coach Inn and only works for as long as you’re browsing our website. Once you leave our site the special code is automatically deleted. We do not store any information or code on your computer. The reason we use special code is that it allows us to give you a more personalised booking experience by remembering your details for future bookings and providing you information that may be of interest to you.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the website needs to know certain details about your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to you. The unique “address” of your computer is sent automatically each time you access a website. From this address it is possible to determine the broad general geographic location of that computer but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of your computers address except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself (e.g. you’ve made a booking), in which case we record your computers address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise a booking you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your booking.
